2026: A Year of Progress, Productivity and Possibility

2026 was the year we implemented our new OPTIMA Portal. Change is never easy, but the benefits – from significant savings to greater simplicity – have made the journey well worth it.

The Portal has brought the company together on one central page: the Matrix, our shared schedule. At a glance, the entire team can see upcoming deadlines, track progress and stay aligned. This has helped us deliver on our commitments and meet our clients’ expectations. None of this would have been possible without our people and our shared commitment to productivity. To the whole team, thank you!

Looking back through the weeks and months, and seeing the many projects we have successfully completed, fills us with gratitude. It also reminds us of what we continually strive for: to be the best. After all, Optima means “the best” in Latin.

Earlier in the year, our design team travelled to Milan to visit EuroCucina, keeping up with international trends, fresh ideas and innovations. We bring that inspiration home, thoughtfully adapting global design trends to suit our local market, where larger spaces offer exciting possibilities.

We are equally proud of our boutique showroom in Linden and our factory in Kya Sands, where our investment in solar energy is helping us build a more sustainable future. From farm to table, every part of our operation plays a role in ensuring we deliver quality and keep projects on schedule.

Being sought after is something we never take for granted. So much of our business comes through referrals, and we would like to thank our architects, builders and designers for your continued trust and support.

At the heart of what we do is a simple belief: great design solves problems and brings people together. By creating spaces that work beautifully for our clients, we help bring families and friends together around the dinner table – creating memories that last long after the meal is over.

We look forward to designing and creating many more memorable spaces with you.

To all our clients and partners, thank you for being part of our journey in 2026. We wish you a peaceful December break and a wonderful festive season.

Warm Regards,

The Optima Team

We close on Tuesday 15 December 2026 and reopen on Monday 11 January 2027 (D.V.).
